By accessing this website or enrolling in any classes offered, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 16 years old to register for any of our training programs.

• The training involves physical activities such as standing, sitting, crouching, and other movements necessary for hands-on vehicle wrapping. Participants should be comfortable with these activities for extended periods. 

2. Payment Terms

Pre-payment in full is required to secure your spot in the training class. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• A full refund is available if the cancellation request is submitted in writing at least 14 days before the class start date.

• A 50% refund is available if the cancellation request is submitted in writing between 7 and 14 days before the class start date.

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the class start date.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change, and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. However, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes at our discretion.

• If a class is canceled or rescheduled by us, we will notify participants as early as possible and offer either a full refund or the option to attend a future session at no additional cost.

• If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.

• Refunds or rescheduling options for participant cancellations will follow the guidelines outlined in the Payment Terms section above.

4. Liability Disclaimer

While safety guidelines are provided during the class, Boulevard Media Inc. is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation. All participants are required to sign a waiver (available here) prior to attending the class.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials and content provided during the class are the intellectual property of Boulevard Media Inc. and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without prior written consent. Students are welcome to take pictures and videos during the class for personal use; however, we kindly ask that you do not share or post these materials online, including on social media, without prior approval from Boulevard Media Inc. 

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to treat fellow attendees and trainers with respect and to follow all safety instructions provided during the training. The use of drugs (including marijuana) or alcohol before or during the class is not permitted and will result in immediate removal from the class without a refund. 

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will only be used to process your registration and communicate about the class. We will not store your information or share it with third parties. 

Boulevard Media Inc. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes agreement to updated terms.  For any questions about these terms and conditions, please contact us.
