THE TOTAL PACKAGE!
This class is geared toward shop employees that want to learn how to install self adhesive graphics on (almost) anything. In this class, we will not only cover the art of vehicle wrapping, but also walls, glass, floors, textured surfaces, and more.
Students will use many different films, on may different substrates, being taught the specific characteristics and variables for each discipline.
Each student will receive a tool belt with professional wrap tools, discounts to our preferred vendors, and a certificate of completion.

Commercial wrap vs. colour change wrap definitions and expectations.
Design considerations and how to communicate them between designer, customer, and installer.
Creative production techniques to make installing easier and more efficient.
Measuring a vehicle and pre-panelling to maximize material yield.
Characteristics of vinyl, and wrap materials from 5 different manufacturers.
Vehicle intake and inspection.
Surface prep and vehicle teardown/hardware removal.
Panel alignment, templating, and pre-install work.
Squeegee technique and cutting skills, including using Knifeless tape.
Specialty tools of the trade and how to use them.
Troubleshooting common mistakes in installation and how to avoid issues.
How to wrap compound curves and use inlays, when needed.
Installing over rivets, and installing perforated window film.
Removal techniques and what chemicals to use for adhesive removal.
Post heating, detailing, finishing, and quality control.
Site surveys and how to accurately review jobsites.
Installer etiquette for onsite jobs.
Quoting accurate timelines, and educating customers on all graphic installations.
Installing vinyl on flat surfaces such as walls, floors, and textured surfaces.
Installing window film using wet application techniques.
Dealing with raised objects that cannot be removed.
